Pressure & Soft Washing Technician

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Timely arrival/clock-in at beginning of each workday, with a well-groomed, professional appearance
• Look ahead at schedule for the day and ensure all work equipment needed for the day is in the vehicle
• Perform Pressure and Soft Washing on building exteriors, pressure washing and gutter cleaning. Handle, setup, breakdown and navigation of ladders, lifts, pumps, pressure washers, surface cleaners and fall safety equipment.
• Use certification knowledge on the job to evaluate soiling factors, mix and apply appropriate chemicals and protect customer property.
• Maintain high level of detail in all aspects of our cleaning, go back and double check all work before leaving worksite.
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean and in excellent working order and immediately notify the operations manager & office team of any equipment needing repair or replacement by filling out necessary paperwork & contacting necessary people if urgent.
• Valid Driver’s license
• Transportation to the office

• Keep a very friendly demeanor and a high level of professionalism to customers
• Ensure customers are ecstatic with our work before leaving worksite
• Respect and care for customers property with the utmost care and attention.

Proposed Schedule:

40 hrs/week. Start/end of day varies, but the average start time is 7:00 AM and average end time is 4:00 PM. Occasionally some overtime work is required, but typically totals no more than 4 hours per week.
